Nava Streit Raziel is a principal of Streit Lending, the private mortgage lending business affiliated with the Streit Family. Nava focuses on the underwriting of loan originations and assists with the sourcing and servicing of all bridge loans for the Streit Family. Nava joined her family’s business in 2013 after 5 years of public accounting experience in New York City and Washington, DC. Nava spent the first three years of her career as a consultant for Ernst & Young before joining the real estate group of Aronson LLC, a mid-size accounting firm serving the Greater Washington DC Area. At Aronson, Nava specialized in auditing, reviewing and compiling financial statements for homebuilders and developers, commercial and residential rental real estate, construction, and mortgage lenders with combined revenues in excess of $200 million.
Nava has a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from Yeshiva University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
Noah Streit is Managing Principal of Streit Lending, the private mortgage lending business affiliated with the Streit Family. Noah oversees the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, executing and servicing of all bridge loans for the Streit Family and is a member of the Streit Family’s Loan Committee. Mr. Streit is also the President of Streit Real Estate, a real estate investment and management company that oversees the operations of the Streit Family’s portfolio of multifamily housing in Southern California and Colorado. Streit Real Estate focuses on the acquisition, rehabilitation and management of value-add and distressed multi-family opportunities.
Mr. Streit has a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from Yeshiva University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
Auriel Streit is a principal of Streit Lending, the private mortgage lending business affiliated with the Streit Family. Auriel oversees all aspects of business development for Streit Lending, including marketing, branding, advertising and deal sourcing. Auriel joined his family’s business in 2013 after working as a financial planner in the Los Angeles office of Capstone Partners, an affiliate of MassMutual Life Insurance Company.
Auriel has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California and is licensed by the California Department of Insurance.
Aric Streit is co-chair of the Streit Family’s Loan Committee and oversees all aspects of the Streit Family’s real estate business including both its lending platform and its property acquisitions and asset management platform. Mr. Streit has over 30 years of experience in bridge lending and real estate investing and has amassed a large portfolio of bridge loans and real estate investments. Prior to co-founding the Streit Family’s real estate business along with his wife in the late 1970s, Mr. Streit worked in sales and marketing at IBM for nearly 20 years.
Mr. Streit has a Juris Doctorate from Hebrew University.
Mary Streit is co-chair of the Streit Family’s Loan Committee and oversees all accounting, tax, legal and compliance functions that relate to the Streit Family’s real estate business. Mrs. Streit has over 30 years of experience in bridge lending and real estate investing and has amassed a large portfolio of bridge loans and real estate investments. Mrs. Streit began her real estate career at Kenneth Leventhal & Company in the early Seventies and rose to Tax Partner in charge of the Los Angeles Office’s Tax Department. She stepped down to work full-time in the family business in the early Nineties. In addition to her full-time job at Kenneth Leventhal & Company, Mrs. Streit co-founded the Streit Family’s real estate business in the late 1970s together with her husband.
Mrs. Streit has a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from UCLA and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
